Food and Beverage Minimums and Room Service Charges  

•  There is a $200 room service charge for use of our fully private dining space for a 3 hour period.  

• There is a $150 room service charge for use of our semi-private dining space for a 3 hour period.  

• We do not have a food and beverage minimum.  


Is a deposit required?

• We require a deposit in the amount of the room service charge to be paid at the time of the booking to hold the reservation. The deposit amount is non-refundable and secures the agreed upon date and time.  


AV Equipment Includes 

• Our Milford location has AV equipment  and a 100' television available for a $ 75  fee.

• Our Manchester location currently does not have AV equipment available.    


Decorations

• Table top decorations are welcome to be brought in. We ask that you do not use confetti or glitter as a table top decoration. Taping and tacking into the walls is not allowed.  A choice of linen colors is available at our Milford location.

 

Outside Desserts

•We do offer desserts to add on to any of our buffet packages. If you would prefer to bring in an outside dessert, you are welcome to do so. It must come from a commercial bakery and we do charge a $2 a slice cutting fee for any outside desserts.
